CARZ N’ TOYZ MAKES DONATION FOR NEW RECREATIONAL THERAPY ROOM

A donation of $10,000 was made to Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital in support of their project to renovate and update an existing Recreational Therapy room. The room is in need of a physical and technological overhaul to better accommodate newer technologies and better suite Weisman patients with complex medical needs.

When completed, the room will provide a location and equipment where Recreational Therapists can provide and utilize play, recreation, and leisure activities to improve the physical, cognitive and social/emotional abilities of infants, toddlers, children and adolescents.
